Family Package Terms & Conditions
- Package Inclusions: Includes 2 Adults + 2 Children (ages 3-14)
- Additional Passengers: Extra Adults or Children may be added for an additional charge.
- Group Size: Maximum 6 people per booking.
- Weather Dependency: Flights, departures, and snow landings are subject to safe and suitable weather conditions.
- No Upgrades: This package cannot be upgraded.
- Child Policy: This package is strictly for children aged 3-14.
- Supervision Requirement: All children must be accompanied by an adult family member.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Exchange rates may vary from the original transaction, and refunds will be processed only in NZD.
- Booking: The Off-Peak Glacier and Snow Landing Family Adventure package must be booked directly through the HeliServices.NZ website.

- Safety Notice: iPads and selfie sticks are considered safety hazards and are not permitted on board.
- Check-In: Check-in is strictly 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Booking Changes: If you need to reschedule due to illness or travel interruptions, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes.
- Departure Locations: The Off-Peak Glacier and Snow Landing Family Adventure operates only from our Franz Josef or Fox Glacier bases. Preferred Flight departure option must be confirmed at the time of booking, as each location operates on a separate schedule.
